BOOKING ANNOUNCE MERGER
The
Billions Corporation and Aero Booking
announce the merger of the two internationally recognized independent
booking agencies representing some of today’s most acclaimed
musical artists. As of June 1, 2008, the companies will begin
operations as one organization with primary offices in both
Chicago and Seattle and a total of seven agents.

While the merger will not be effective until June 1, 2008, Aero
Booking will move into the new Billions offices in Seattle in
May while continuing to do business as a separate entity until
